We supplied these round custom zinc plated ubolts measuing 1/2 X 20-15/16 to a customer at 140 pieces with a lead time of approximately 2 weeks. ASTM A36 material was used and material and plating certs were made available to the customer with the parts. 3 inches of thread was incorporated on each leg and the inside depth was 8-3/4 inches. Inside width was requested at 4-9/16 inches.
Large quantities of these round custom zinc plated ubolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
